Voici ma recette inspir\u00e9e de la tradition, avec mes petits secrets pour la rendre inoubliable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u23f1\ufe0f En bref<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 5 min \/ <strong>Cuisson :<\/strong> 50 min<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Co\u00fbt :<\/strong> Tr\u00e8s bas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le plus :<\/strong> Naturellement sans gluten et sans lactose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\uded2 Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g de farine de ma\u00efs (jaune)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 litres d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de gros sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le coup de main maison :<\/strong> Un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive (pour adoucir la texture).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Pr\u00e9paration Express<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9bullition :<\/strong> Faites bouillir l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e dans une marmite \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais (l&rsquo;id\u00e9al pour tes casseroles <strong>Risol\u00ec<\/strong> ou <strong>Rossi<\/strong> !).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La pluie d&rsquo;or :<\/strong> Versez la farine en pluie fine tout en fouettant \u00e9nergiquement pour \u00e9viter les grumeaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le secret du filet :<\/strong> Ajoutez un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.
