Elle est parfaite pour mettre en avant une <strong>marmite ILSA<\/strong> ou ne <strong>casserole Risol\u00ec<\/strong> \u00e0 bords hauts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le concept :<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0Rien ne se perd apr\u00e8s le Risotto\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;astuce :<\/strong> Utiliser la carcasse et les restes de la poule qui a servi au bouillon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les l\u00e9gumes :<\/strong> Carottes, poireau, navet. Simple, sain, \u00ab\u00a0Benessere\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La touche finale :<\/strong> Parmesan ou Gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 avec des cro\u00fbtons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soit on utilise le reste de poulet, soit une carcasse apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir d\u00e9pouill\u00e9 de sa viande pour fa\u00e7onner une autre recette, on ajoute les l\u00e9gumes et ajoute largement d&rsquo;eau. On peut aussi se servir du recette du bouillon de poule qui a permis de faire un risotto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On ajoute , les croutons dans l&rsquo;assiette, et du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 et on verse la soupe.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La soupe au poulet traditionnelle <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">la soupe traditionnelle italienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> ingr\u00e9dients <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 carottes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 pommes de terre \u00e0 chair jaune<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 poulet fermier entier (environ 1,2 kg)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 branche de c\u00e9leri<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 oignon rouge moyen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grains de poivre noir selon votre go\u00fbt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sel selon votre go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On peut varier selon ce qu&rsquo;on a dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pu le buffet : pois chiches, haricots etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">vous d\u00e9coupez le poulet en morceaux, vous les placez dans une marmite, vous ajouter les l\u00e9gumes et vous recouvrez d&rsquo;eau.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la fin de la cuisson, deux heures , vous retirer tous les os du poulet.
